- Returns & Exchanges
- Products are eligible for return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Products damaged due to misuse, alteration, or improper handling are not eligible for return.
- Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or clearance sale products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons (will be clearly mentioned on product pages).
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may opt for a return after delivery (as per return policy).
- Prepaid orders canceled before shipping will be refunded to the original payment method.
